A new ChopShop will be opening in Dallas this year, with two more following in 2023 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Original ChopShop first came to the DFW area in 2018, opening in Las Colinas. A total of 17 locations are scattered about DFW, Houston, and Phoenix. Locally, the DFW locations are in Allen, Plano, Lakewood, McKinney, and the Park Cities opposite Southern Methodist University.
The first of the three promised locations will open at the Preston-Forest intersection in North Dallas. The new restaurant will be in good company as it will occupy the same center as healthy-eating icon Whole Foods Market. Expecting to open in December, the restaurant will occupy the spot where the former Gymboree was located, at 11700 Preston Rd.
The second location will be opening in early 2023 at #100 2101 E. Southlake Blvd in Southlake. Later in 2023, Fort Worth will have another ChopShop opening at the Heritage Trace Parkway’s NE corner and I-35.
Many organizations utilize a banner printing service to build excitement before an opening.
The Original ChopShop started in 2013 in Scottdale before relocating its headquarters in 2016 to Plano. The brand’s core item is its protein bowls, which also contain greens and grains. Also on the menu are sandwiches, salads, juices, and protein shakes.
The restaurant features a relaxed ambience with distressed wood and vintage photographs. Outdoors, a patio includes custom planters, outdoor festoon lights, and seating for 24 diners.
