Dallas food and drink event just weeks away

Dallas’s yearly celebration of its premier restaurant and bar talent, the CultureMap Tastemaker Awards, has announced a date for its tasting event and awards ceremony.

Each year, the group spotlights those, as determined by their peers, who are responsible for the city’s outstanding bar and restaurant scene.

Tickets to the event are now on sale. General admission tickets entitle their owners to specialty drinks and sample bites from the nominated bars and restaurants, while VIP tickets holders receive early admission, and thereby first access to the complimentary food and drink samples, a dedicated VIP bar, and valet parking.

CultureMap will post a special editorial series to familiarize the public with all the nominees in the leadup to the signature tasting and awards event, which will take place at Fashion Industry Gallery at 1807 Ross Avenue #167 on May 4. Many attendees to charitable events, seizing the opportunity to network, bring along an ample supply of Business Cards.

To be on hand to celebrate nominees and witness the Tastemaker winners, interested parties can purchase early bird general admission tickets for $60, or early bird VIP tickets for $99 quantities last. Once the early bird tickets are gone, general admission tickets will sell for $75 and VIP tickets will cost $125. Attendees must be 21 or older.

Proceeds will go to Harvest Project Food Rescue, a non-profit run by volunteers with a mission to battle food insecurity through reducing food waste in Dallas.
