The Dallas Cowboys have opened the Miller Lite House – a mix of tailgate party and beer bar for those coming to see the home team play and enjoy the camaraderie of other like-minded adults.
The 87,000-square-foot space offers fans 60 TV screens, six bars and two beer gardens where the thirsty can enjoy $5 Miller Lites. Described as providing a more interactive experience than can be found at restaurants or even sports bars, the venue also includes four LED video boards, a 70-yard turf football field, and two fantasy football walls complete with an updates and stats display.
The home team's Logo Design is one of the most recognizable in the city, and attendees got their first sample of the new venue when the Tampa Buccaneers visited last Thursday.
Food trucks are on hand, as well as cornhole and various other games. Since this venue is an outdoor one, almost 39,000 square feet of shade will be available to cope with the Texas heat.
On home game days a ticket is necessary to enter the Miller Lite House, although events not held on game days are free to attend. For games played at home in the early afternoon the venue will open three hours before the game, while for afternoon or evening games it will open four hours prior to the game. It will remain open for two hours after games.
The Miller Lite House is located adjacent to AT&T Stadium and has a 650-person capacity.
