The new steakhouse’s concept is the product of Big Dill Hospitality, which is led by the Marshi Family and Omar Flores, a local award-winning chef. This latest restaurant concept joins the company’s other upscale eateries such as Even Coast in Addiston, Muchacho Tex Mex in Dallas and Southlake, and Whistle Britches in Plano and Southlake.
Banner printing services are particular effective in launching new concept restaurants.
The restaurant’s name comes from the word for ember in Spanish and is meant to reflect how humans have historically gathered around a fire to cook and socialize. According to the Chief Operating Officer at Big Dill Hospitality, Alex Urrunaga:
"Casa Brasa is more than a restaurant— it’s a modern steakhouse rooted in Latin flavor and fire. We're blending bold cuts with vibrant ingredients to create something familiar, yet totally fresh. We look forward to welcoming everyone to experience Casa Brasa very soon."
The menu will include fresh-caught seafood and prime beef cuts to be seared over open coals. Also available will be sushi rolls with a Latin edge and Mediterranean inspired salads.
A full renovation is underway with an open-fire grill, sushi counter, raw bar, a private event space and bar to be installed.
The opening of Casa Brasa will be sometime in September.
