Dallas Arts District to host 2022 EarthX Film Festival

Once again, the EarthX Film Festival will take place in Dallas, and this year the annual event will bring four days of exciting cinema that will include over 75 films.

The festival’s mission is to spotlight films and emerging media that exalt nature, conservation, outdoor adventure, the environment, climate change and science. Art installations, music and panel discussions will be included along with the 54 shorts and 24 feature films being shown.

Banner printing services are often engaged to promote large events that cover several days.

This year’s theme for the festival is “A Celebration of the Outdoors”. Fitting in perfectly with theme will be the world premiere of the Matthew McConaughey narrated Deep In The Heart by Ben Masters, which deals with Texas wildlife.

According to a statement from Michael Fletcher, EarthX CEO, a new sponsor has come on board - Curiosity. A media company that delivers films, shows and series on a variety of subjects via Curiosity Stream, its streaming service. A Curiosity original film, titled Going Circular, which explores circularity will be part of the festival’s film lineup.

This will be the first year of the festival being held in the Dallas Arts District. The decision makes it easier for those screening the movies as there are five easily accessible theaters in proximity to each other.

The festival takes place May 12 through May 15. A musical performance will take place each night prior to a showcase screening.
