Coworking office suites now available in Rolex building

Harwood International, a global real estate firm and owner of the Rolex building here in Dallas, has established a new coworking concept called Nomad Suites in the Rolex.

A press release from the company explained the concept as catering to the requirements of companies that wish to have a physical office space with an impressive address in the Harwood District for their Business Cards, but with minimal overhead.

Prospective tenants are presented with four leasing options which are, from most complex to simplest: Enterprise Suites, Private Offices, Dedicated Desks and Hot Desks. For multi-person teams, the Enterprise Suites offer plenty of work space for collaborating. Next down the list are the Private Offices, which work best for an individual or small teams of two or three. Each of the Private offices comes equipped with natural light, 100 square-feet of space, a lockable door and one or two desks.

The simplest and most affordable options are the Dedicated Desks and Hot Desks. Dedicated Desks feature a reserved station and desk area and start at a monthly rate of $300. A slightly less costly option, Hot Desks start at $250 per month and are for those who need an office just a few days a week.

Nomad Suites offers those just starting out a physical office in which to meet with clients in a high-profile location. Amenities include tenant lounges, manicured gardens, in-house catering, and onsite concierge services.
