The King brings Nashville to Franklin

Fans of the one and only King of Rock and Roll should plan a visit to Franklin soon.

The 9th annual Nashville Elvis Festival is an event like no other. The gathering celebrates the legacy of Elvis Presley and his music. The event runs for a full weekend and features celebrity appearances, live music, a competition for the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist, and much more. An event like this could be advertised with colorful Posters, created by professionals using poster printing.

Tom Brown is the host of the Nashville Elvis Festival, of which he is the co-founder. He also hosts “Tom Brown in the Morning,” which is broadcast every weekday on Sunny 93.3 in Tupelo, which coincidentally is Elvis’s birthplace.

He worked for Turner Classic Movies (TCM) as the Vice President of Original Production, where he was the executive producer on special projects about Elvis that featured Priscilla Presley among others. He has hosted Elvis events nationwide for nearly 20 years, including the Tupelo Elvis Festival and Elvis Week at Graceland.

Brian Mayes, who founded the Nashville Publicity Group, is the co-producer of the festival. His client list includes stars of stage, screen, and television, as well as bestselling authors, recording artists, and many others. A fan of Elvis his entire life, Mayes has been an Ultimate ETA Finals judge, as well as hosting Elvis Week at Graceland.

The event is scheduled for March 13-16 at Liberty Hall at the Factory in Franklin.
