Huge event planned in Franklin

One of the biggest events in Franklin is returning and could bring over 120,000 visitors to the community.

The Main Street Festival attracts thousands of people every year. They come to explore Franklin’s downtown area where they enjoy delicious food and beverages, outstanding entertainment, vendors with eclectic crafts and arts items, and activities suitable for the entire family.

Visitors this year can look forward to more than 150 vendors who will provide handmade arts and crafts items, and another 30 vendors who will be offering food and drink. There will be live performances on the Main Stage and the Acoustic Stage, as well as Buskers Corner. A Fine Arts Gallery has been added this year, where artists will be displaying their works including hand-made jewelry, photography, pottery, and more.

Fans who have been to the Festival in previous years will find many of their favorite activities are back. Among these are KidsZone, where visitors will find activities suitable for children. Fur babies have not been forgotten, as PetZone is also returning, featuring promotions and activities for the four-footed.

Merchants throughout Downtown Franklin will be open late, joining in the fun with specials and promotions to enhance entertainment, dining, and shopping in historic Downtown Franklin.

The Festival runs for two days – April 22 and 23, from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm both days. Organizers of festivals of this size can provide assistance to attendees by using flyer printing to create handouts with a schedule of events.
