With many people now working at home, more people may find themselves suffering from headaches, but a Warminster workshop is set to come to the rescue.
The Warminster branch of Buck’s County Free Library has made plans to host a learning activity that will help to keep headaches at bay. It will be filled with practical and actionable tips, and it is being offered thanks to support from Doylestown Health Connections.
The workshop will explain why working on a computer for a prolonged period of time can cause headaches, and it will also offer ways to help prevent them. It will explore how workspace ergonomics provides a foundation for correct posture, which will benefit both an individual’s back and core muscles. The learners will discover the simple changes to their home working area that will help to keep their energy levels up.
In keeping with the theme of working from home, this workshop will take place online and is free to take part in. Including events like this in printed community Calendars is one way to help spread the word about them to anyone who may be interested, and these can be prepared by local Print shops.
The “Headaches and the Work from Home Environment” learning session will welcome registrants starting at 1:00 pm on January 21. Anyone who would like to sign up for the event will be able to do so through its online listing. Get a Free Quote for Calendars Get a Free Quote for Print
