Selling a home is not always an easy process, but thanks to an online event, Warminster residents may find that it goes surprisingly smoothly.
A live seminar has been scheduled for the community, and to help make sure everyone who would like to attend can do so safely, it will be offered in a virtual format. There will be no cost to or obligation for the audience members, and the link to participate will be delivered to each attendee once they have registered.
During the workshop, the facilitator will discuss several topics, and these will include how to use innovative marketing when selling a home or other property. Choosing which improvements to make based on their rate of return will be reviewed, and the impact COVID-19 has had on the area’s real estate is also on the agenda. Giving the public an opportunity to participate in this type of activity is one way a Realtor can give back to their home community. A printing services company will be able to prepare an assortment of items to distribute to each person once they have registered for the function.
