A Warminster area fire company that serves the local community all year round has partnered with a local eatery to raise funds to help it perform its duties.
Tony’s Place and the Ivyland Fire Company have joined forces to raise funds for the Company. The event will combine helping the fire crews with enjoying a meal out, and for many, the best part may be that someone else will take care of the food preparation and cleaning up.
To get involved, people will need to present the vouchers prepared for the occasion when they make their order. For each one presented, Ivyland Fire Company will receive 15% of the pre-tax sale amount. The fundraiser will run from the establishment’s opening to when it closes for the night.
The fire company is 100% volunteer-run and counts on financial support from the local community. It has several fundraisers scheduled for the upcoming months. A brochure printing company will be happy to help with a special event by ensuring it is appropriately marketed to an interested audience.
The Ivyland Fire Company and Tony’s Place will be running this foodie-friendly fundraiser on Wednesday, July 17, beginning at 11:00 am. Flyers can be found on its Patch listing, and they may also be picked up at the fire station at 62 Wilson Avenue in Ivyland.
