Wilson Elser has committed itself to at least a decade in the new building. Having signed the new lease recently, it may wish to contact Stationery printers in Warminster to meet its new requirements in that area.
Jonathan Dryer, a regional partner, has explained some of the reasons behind the move to the Philadelphia Business Journal:
“Once we got out and looked around at what was available, the idea of moving up to the other end of town was appealing.”
The actual relocation has been scheduled for the month of June. The new accommodation will be less spacious than the old arrangements were. The fact is that Wilson Elser has been using more than 20,000 square feet, while in the future it intends to use less than 15,000 square feet.
Wilson Elser has revealed that it has not been using all the space it has in the Curtis Center. In addition, the firm has made moves towards a paperless future.
This rejection of paper means that the attorneys who work for the company will not need as much storage space as they used to do. It has been reported that the move is being anticipated favorably.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
