Hanover High School will be organizing a run/walk this November to benefit athletes in the Hanover School District.
The 11th Annual Hawk Hustle 5K Run and 1 Mile Run/Walk is an event where people can show their support for sports programs. Adults and students are welcome to join in the race. There will be seven different age divisions for the event. Door prize drawings will be held at the Hanover High School gym. Anyone who organizes fundraisers such as this can give attendees Promotional Products to raise awareness for their cause.
The fundraiser is a competitive event that offers several awards for the finishers. The three men and women who complete the 5K the fastest will receive a trophy, and medals will be given to runners with the fastest times in their gender and age division. There will also be medals handed to the three men and women who finish the mile run/walk the quickest. The outcomes of the race will be posted online.
The race to benefit Hanover students will be held on Saturday, November 14 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Adults can enter the 5K for $25, and students can participate for $15. Those who are 18 and younger may qualify for student pricing for the 5K. Packets for the race will be picked up at Hanover High School on Friday, November 13, or on race day from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.
