Hanover hosts holiday Second Saturday

Hanover’s Second Saturday initiative encourages its residents to show some love to their local business community, and its December installment will include some tasty treats.

The city’s downtown has set the date for its Hot Chocolate and Cookie Stroll. Tickets for the activity are $25 each, and they are expected to sell out well in advance. Kids under the age of four may attend for free with their parent or guardian.

Everyone who purchases a pass for the activity will receive a specially designed souvenir mug for their hot chocolate, and at each stop, they can fill it up and snack on the cookies that will be shared. “Go to” boxes will also be distributed so they can take any uneaten ones home to enjoy later. Special discounts may be accessed by large groups, and many of the participating establishments will have other special fun on offer in honor of the occasion.

The winter holiday season can be a busy time of the year, and residents may appreciate knowing what is on the agenda for their area so they can make their plans. A flyer printing company can prepare a variety of mailers to distribute to the public.

Downtown Hanover will offer its December installment of its Second Saturday program on Saturday, December 13. Its website provides the latest updates of the participating establishments.
