Hanover to host golfing tournament

The Brushtown Athletic Association in Hanover will be holding a golfing tournament at the South Hills Golf Course.

The Golf and Crab Feed is an annual event that invites fans of the sport to participate in a four-man scramble golf tournament. After the tournament is completed, guests can head to the Brushtown Athletic Association for a crab feed. Those who want to play can register a team of four golfers for $320. Individuals who wish to play can pay $80. Organizations that create sporting events like this can use flyer printing to mail advertisements to members of the community.

The Brushtown Athletic Association is a nonprofit group that was founded during the 1990s. The organization helps support both youth and adult athletic programs, while also funding scholarships. The association is responsible for a playground in the community. There are several events hosted by the Brushtown Athletic Association throughout the year, including bingo sessions, pig roasts, and oyster feeds.

The Golf and Crab Feed will be held on Saturday, October 3rd and will begin at 11:00 am.
