The Hanover Area Jaycees will be organizing a new fundraising festival in May at the Pleasant Hill Fire Co.
Rock on the Hill is a festival created by the Hanover Area Jaycees to help raise money for the community. The event will feature over 20 bands playing on two stages at the venue. Guests can get beverages from the on-site beer and wine tents, and food trucks will be attending the festival to provide meals for the eventgoers. There will also be a cornhole contest and vendors to browse during the activity. Merchants who set up stalls at music festivals like this can give promotional Pens away to connect with attendees.
The Hanover Area Jaycees is a non-profit group looking to promote positive change in the community through young, active citizens. Members of the organization are aged between 18 and 41 years old. The junior chamber participates in several events, such as The National Apple Harvest Festival, Shrimp Feed, and Miss Hanover Pageant. Each month the group holds membership meetings at different businesses throughout the community.
Rock on the Hill will take place on Saturday, May 21 from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. General admission for the junior chamber’s music fest will cost $20 when purchased in advance. Those who buy tickets at the door must pay $25 instead. Children 12 and younger can enter Rock on the Hill for free.
