The Markets at Hanover will host a motivational meeting and breakfast for women in September.
The Women’s Power Breakfast is a series of events where women can network with local professionals and listen to experienced speakers. Each session aims to help attendees get inspired and motivated. The topic for this meeting will be The Power of Change, which will discuss how changes start from within a person before manifesting in the world. The gathering will feature two presenters from the Be the Change organization – Dawn Bosley and Jessica Doll.
Be the Change is a non-profit group interested in spreading awareness of bullying problems in schools and working toward implementing policies to eliminate such behavior. The organization also provides a positive, safe space for children to enter to discuss their issues. The non-profit is involved with many events, such as the Shrimp and Chicken Feed, Second Annual Hanover Against Hunger Art Auction, and Hanover Juneteenth Jubilee. People can support the group by donating through AmazonSmile.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 15 from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and will cost $15. Companies may support the series by paying $160 to become a table sponsor, which includes recognition during the event and reserved seating for eight people. Organizations in charge of empowerment sessions like these may use flyer printing to advertise their meetings to the community.
