Summer is nearly here, which means that the start of festival season is about to get underway.
Throughout the month of June, Hanover residents will have a wide variety of festivals to choose from, focusing on everything from wine and beer, to art and music.
Organizers of summer festivals can use local Print shops to help spread the word about their upcoming events.
Near Hanover, festival season kicks off with the Arts and Brew Fest in Glen Rock. The festival, now in its fourth year, takes place on June 2 from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm at The Ruins.
During the event, vendors will set up booths to sell their products and several live acts will perform. A kid-friendly area will also be set up. While admission to the festival is free, beverages will be available for purchase.
The next weekend, on June 9, Hanover will host its annual Sunshine, Sip and Stroll, from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm in Center Square.
The event costs $25 and includes samples from participating wine, beer and cider makers. There will also be live music at the end of the evening, and food trucks throughout the event.
Near the end of June, Hanover will host Snack Town Brewfest, during which some 40 or so wineries and breweries will set up shop at Good Field so that attendees can sample their wares. There will also be music and other entertainment, as well as food trucks. Tickets are $44.28 for general admission, and $54.84 for early bird VIP, through May 31.
