Hanover childrens camp offers creative experience

The art studio Cob51 in Hanover will be organizing a summer camp in June where kids get to work on a fun project.

The Skateboards and Surfing Summer Camp is an event held at Cob51 that lets children have a hands-on artistic experience. Campers will be designing a skateboard deck and mini surfboard to use as a decoration. The deck does not come with trucks or wheels, though it can be converted into a usable skateboard. The camp is intended for children who are eight and older. All students must bring their own lunch to each session.

Cob51 is a studio that serves as an art club, party destination, and venue for creative workshops. Several events are hosted at the studio, like its Easter Egg Hunt and Date Night Paint Night. People can also use Cob51 for fundraising purposes. Activities offered at the studio include ceramics, mosaics, painting, and string art. Businesses with artistic programs similar to this can use poster printing to market future activities to others.

The camp will start on Monday, June 21 and will finish on Thursday, June 24. Each class will be held from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The experience costs $175 per camper. All students must wear a face covering during the camp. Children who have any food allergies must note them down on their registration form.
