Hanover band to put on acoustic performance

The musical group Acoustic Moose will be returning to Hanover in January to kick off the near year at a local brewery.

Acoustic Moose will be performing live at the Sign of the Horse Brewery for the Horse Nation patrons. The band was initially formed in 2017 and consists of Linda Null and Tim Geisweit. Null provides the vocals for the duo, while Geisweit plays the guitar. There are also performances where Anna Bernstein plays percussion for the group. The two have played at several venues, including The Warwick Hotel, Maggie Malick Wine Caves, and Fireside Pub & Grill.

The band can play genres such as classic rock, pop, and country. Past songs covered by the duo include memorable hits like Ain’t No Sunshine, What’s Up, and Orphan of the Storm. Null’s voice is reminiscent of Etta James and Janice Joplin, while Geisweit’s acoustic performance has a dynamic range of sound. The group’s performance will be held on Saturday, January 30 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Guests can purchase food and beer from the venue during the show. There is no need to pre-register for the concert, and there are no admission fees. Fans of the duo who want to see their upcoming shows can check out Acoustic Moose’s Facebook calendar.
