Families are welcome to attend a tea party this February hosted by the Black Rose Ballroom in Hanover.
The Frozen Tea Party is a princess-themed event where guests can have fun in a winter wonderland. People who attend the party will be treated to a variety of goodies provided by Jacquelyn's Bakeshop & Cafe while interacting with skaters from the Black Rose Rollers. The activity will feature dancing, singing, and crafting with the attending princesses. Music for the tea party will be provided by DJ Verbal from D.A.C Entertainment.
The Black Rose Rollers have been organizing community events for eight years, hosting activities such as Luau with the Princesses and Sugar Rush. The organization is an all-female roller derby league that wishes to promote the amateur Women’s Flat Track Roller Derby. The group aims to create positive social environments for women while encouraging personal growth. Organizations that hold family activities such as this can use Print shops to create ads that raise public interest.
The Frozen Tea Party will be held on Saturday, February 22 and will have two sessions. The first activity will be held from 10:30 am to noon, and the second session will be from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Tickets to the event will cost $10, and parking can be found in the public lots surrounding the venue.
