An arts and crafts course is planning a teaching session in Hanover, and residents seeking to learn a new skill are being invited to attend.
The Glassblowing Shot Glass Class is scheduled to begin in a few weeks, providing Hanover residents with the knowledge to create Shot Glasses with glassblowing techniques. The course will be hosted by Michael Peluso, who will use his 24 years of glassblowing experience to instruct students on the proper techniques.
The course is geared toward craftsmen and women of all experience levels, though only interested parties 21 and older will be admitted. Mr. Peluso will begin the course with an instruction segment to help students understand the basics and safety tips when glassblowing. Business Cards are an excellent way to build awareness for businesses and classes like this one, as well as helping forge new connections.
After completing the instruction segment, students will begin using Peluso’s techniques to craft personalized shot glasses. The shot glasses will be ready to take home by the end of the class session. Guests are encouraged to wear cotton clothing and keep their hair back to prevent accidents and injuries.
