Glass-blowing class brings creativity to Hanover

Artisans and creative people in the Hanover region will want to retain openings in the calendar next month, as a glass-blowing class is stopping in town.

Atta Girl Artisans will host a glass-blowing event in April, allowing area residents to learn a new skill and let their creativity flow. Attendees will be led through the hands-on learning experience by trained and experienced instructors, who will teach the art of turning molten glass into artistic creations.

Michael Peluso will lead the course, demonstrating glass-blowing techniques and tips to help participants get the desired results. Peluso will guide attendees through each step, from gathering glass to shaping and adding color to the final piece. The course is open to artisans of all skill levels, and beginners are especially encouraged to enroll.

Registered students will learn new skills and create a unique glass piece to take home. Flyer printing is an effective way to raise awareness of events like this in the community. Local brewery Fluffy Bunny Brewery will provide craft beer to ensure all participants have refreshments during the course.

The workshop will be held on Saturday, April 13th, beginning at 12:00 pm and ending at 2:00 pm. Attendees are encouraged to wear closed-toed shoes and appropriate clothing. Tickets cost $75 per person, and interested parties can reserve a spot online.
