This Independence Day, the Hanover Borough Recreation Department will be hosting an exciting festival at Moul Field.
Anyone can attend the Hanover Borough Recreation Department’s 4th of July celebration. There will be plenty of thrilling events to keep families entertained, like the festival’s home run derby, horseshoe tournament, and a battle of the bands. The third annual adult kickball tournament will also be held at the event. Food vendors will provide meal options for visitors, and the evening will conclude with a fireworks display.
The Liberty Day 10K and Fun Run is another event that will occur during the 4th of July festival. The race will take place on Moul Field’s pavement and gravel trails. All money raised during the athletic activity will be used for benefiting local playgrounds and recreation programs. The race will be held in the morning and will happen rain or shine. Teams who participate in sports like this can use graphic design to make branded Apparel for their members.
The Hanover Borough Recreation Department’s celebration will start at 7:00 am and will conclude at 10:00 pm. Anyone who wants to be a runner in the Liberty Day 10K can register for $30. Registration for the event will not be open until June 2nd. The Liberty Day Fun Run will cost people $8 to join, and will also open its registration on June 2nd.
