Tickets have gone on sale for the opportunity to spend an evening partaking of the best the Doylestown area has to offer in food and drink at the upcoming Taste of Doylestown.
The Discover Doylestown Committee has gathered together more than a dozen pubs and restaurants to throw a Taste of Doylestown. The taste will be held at the city's historic fire station where attendees will have a chance to sample some of Central Bucks County's finest cuisine.
Complimentary beverages will be provided at no extra cost to ticket holders, including, for those old enough to imbibe, wine and beer. Tickets are limited, which makes a flyer printing service particularly useful, because it allows for the easiest adjustment to advertising.
In honor of the venue, a fire house theme will permeate the event. In addition to eating, mingling, and listening to music, participants are invited to take part in a contest to officially name a Doylestown drink, with the stipulation that the name must be related to the evening's fire theme. Fittingly a portion of ticket sales will benefit the Doylestown Fire Company.
The cost for The Taste of Doylestown is $30 per person at the door, but only $25 when tickets are purchased in advance. The one-day event takes place between 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm on Thursday, April 16.
