Doylestown businesses will soon be welcoming ghosts and goblins for an event that will combine trick or treating fun with discovering the establishments that call the community home.
The community will be getting the Halloween fun started ahead of the crowd when it runs its Spooktacular Costume Contest and Parade. It's been planned with all ages in mind, and it’s strongly recommended that anyone interested register ahead of time.
The contestants in the costume contest will be showcasing their creative flair at the venue set up at the Bucks County Administration Building, which is located at 55 E Court Street. They will be organized into a parade that will wind its way down Pine Street before they make the turn onto E State Street.
After the friendly competition and parade, the participants will be able to do some trick or treating, and businesses will be inviting kids in by displaying orange and black balloons at their entrance. Printed lists of these establishments will be prepared and distributed to the registrants when they check in.
Communities across the USA have special activities in store for the Halloween season. Companies that use reusable decor prepared by a banner printing company may find that they can bring their activity in at, or even under, the set budget.
Doylestown will be adding some thrills and chills to the Halloween season with its Spooktacular Costume Contest and Parade on October 25th. Its website provides a registration link.
