The Doylestown area will soon be playing host to a fundraising walk for the National Organization for Disorders of the Corpus Callosum (NODCC). It is open to all members of the family, and as it will be the first time the event has been held, its organizers are hoping the community will be generous in its support of the occasion.
The planners have selected a route for the morning that is one mile long, and the public is welcome to run, walk or roll their way along using a wheelchair, rollator or other assistive device. Those who are interested can register now, and check in time for the fundraiser will open at 8:30 am.
The registrants for the activity will set out together for the walk, and once it is complete, there will be time for the participants to socialize and take part in the family friendly fun that will be on offer. The sign up fee for the activity is $20.00 for those who are 13 and up, while anyone who is 12 or younger is welcome to participate free of charge.
