The Southern Oregon Music Festival, originally known as the Medford Jazz Festival, is returning to the city this October for three days.
The festival will take place in five venues in downtown Medford, including the Imperial Event Center and the Inn at the Commons Ballroom. In total, 16 bands are confirmed for this year, including Bob Draga and Friends, the Midiri Brothers, and Professors Lite. The type of music will be varied and is set to include Dixieland, zydeco, and big band.
All of the hosting facilities will have room for dancing to the music; the KOBI Studio C Dance Venue is just for dancing. There will also be dance lessons and demonstrations.
The bands who are participating in this popular annual Medford event will not doubt want to let their fans know about the festival. Some may choose to invest in flyer printing services to help get the word out.
The Southern Oregon Music Festival is taking place from October 10 to 12. An event pass costs $75, Friday tickets are $30, Saturday costs $50, and Sunday is $25. People from the ages of 12 to 23 only pay $20 for each day. All of these prices are valid until tomorrow, September 30, when they will go up.
