Upcoming events let kids create a fantasy at the library

The Fairy Tale Ball is taking place next month at the Medford Library.

People of all ages, but mostly children and teens, will have the opportunity to dress up as their favorite fairytale characters. There will also be lots of games, musical entertainment, and snacks. Guests can also take part in craft activities and compete for prizes. It is likely to offer fun and dancing while guests learn about all the different fairy tales there are, and likely discover new friends.

Leading up to this event, the Teen/Tween Crafternoon will allow those who are planning to attend to create their own costumes, including masquerade masks, tiaras, fairy wings, and crowns. All of the necessary tools and supplies will be provided free of charge.

No doubt plenty of kids and teens in the Medford area will want to take part in this day filled with fun. Organizers may have invested in flyer printing services to help spread the word about this event in the community.

The Teen/Tween Crafternoon will be held at the Medford Library on January 2 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. The Fairy Tale Ball is set to take place at the Library in the large meeting room on January 2 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Admission to both events is free of charge.
