A Medford Golf and country club will soon see players take to the course for a fundraiser that will combine helping others with a day of fun in the sun.
This will be the 19th year of the annual ACCESS Golf Tournament has seen area players enjoy a day of golf while raising funds to help the community’s vulnerable populations. They will be lending a hand in ensuring their neighbors have access to food, shelter and stability, and its registration system is open now.
The tournament will follow a scramble format, and lunch is included in the registration fee. Those who want to put their skills to the test can try their luck in the hole in one contest, and prizes will be presented to the top players and others as well. Both live and silent auctions are on the agenda, and several local companies have already signed on to sponsor the occasion.
Golf tourneys can be popular fundraisers, and the organizers can count on being able to order special Corporate Gifts to present as prizes from a professional printer. They will also be able to provide swag such as golf balls, shirts, water bottles, and other Promotional Products.
