Smoked salmon is a delicacy enjoyed by many, and a Medford festival will pay homage to this popular fish dish.
DJ Kelly from 101.9 FM will be the host of the 5th Annual Southern Oregon Salmon & Music Festival, and smoked salmon crafters from Southern Oregon will be putting theirs to the test. This will be paired with pours of wine, and the public is welcome to join in the fun.
Both Karen Lovely and The Ben Rice Band will be on hand to provide a music backdrop for the festivities, and guests will be welcome to sample the smoked salmon for as long as supplies last.
Tickets for the event start at $30 each, and a special VIP option is also available for anyone who would like to enjoy an even more exciting experience.
The proceeds from the occasion will be donated to the Maslow Project, which works to help provide support and other assistance for homeless children. Brochure printing can be used to create publications to distribute during an event like this so that guests can find out more about the cause they are supporting.
This tribute to some of the state’s top smoked salmon will be held in Medford’s Pear Blossom Park on Saturday, September 22. It will get underway at 3:00 pm.
