A Medford area festival that is a little outside the box will be adding a touch of fun to the area’s January agenda, and it may be especially attractive to local foodies.
The Brine, Brew and Barrel festival will be hosted at the Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites, and it will be about all things fermented. This will range from pickles to prosecco and everything in between, and a variety of cultures from all over the world will be represented.
The three-day activity will be filled with exhibits, presentations and tastings, and it will be headlined by the Hot Sauce and Bloody Mary Brunch Buffet. Expo and buffet tickets may be purchased separately, and everyone is welcome to attend both if they wish. A Brew Bash dinner is also in the works on the Friday evening.
The website for the event notes that the function is continuously accepting applications from potential vendors who would like to get involved. Those that do will have an opportunity to introduce themselves, along with their Logo Design and other branding, to a large group of potential customers.
The 2023 Brine Brew and Barrel Festival will be held on Saturday, January 14 and Sunday, January 15, with the Brew Bash slated for Friday, January 13. Its website provides information about its venues, timings and other details.
