An activity that is described as a premier golf event will soon tee off near Medford, and while the players enjoy fun in the sun, they will be taking aim at an illness that strikes many individuals.
The Golf to End ALZ activity will be raising funds for The Alzheimer’s Association, and it is scheduled for Eagle Point Golf Club. Teams need to have four registrants to be accepted, although the organizers can help those are struggling to put one together.
The day will begin in the early morning with a presentation by The Alzheimer's Association, and the tourney will begin with a shotgun start. Lunch will be served, and a silent auction will offer the opportunity to bid on a variety of donated Corporate Gifts and experiences. At the end of the day, the winning teams will be announced. To thank them for their support, players will be treated to drinks and snacks.
