For people who enjoy watching plants flourish in their homes, a series of ‘Container Planting Classes’ will teach them how to combine a selection of compatible plants into their own baskets and containers.
Kelly Brainard, the instructor for this session, may have used flyer printing to promote this special class to people who live in this community, and people in the outlying areas who are looking for a suitable way to celebrate the arrival of spring.
In this class, Brainard will walk guests through the process of selecting, combining, and organizing the plants they have chosen to put in the container or basket, which they are required to bring to the course. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the traits of the plants and which will thrive best with one another in a container situation. For this session, advanced registration is required, as the seating requirements are limited. Parking is available at this location at no charge.
The cost is $5 per container, and the course take place from Thursday, April 17 to Saturday, April 26, over the course of six sessions. A full breakdown of the dates and times can be found on the Ashland Greenhouses website.
