The 2nd annual SOSC Awards Banquet is taking place next month in Medford, presented by the Southern Oregon Sports Commission and Travel Medford.
Guests will be treated to appetizers and refreshments, while beer and wine will be available for sale. During the evening, the top 10 sports stories of 2015 will be highlighted and those involved will be honored. This includes the Top Male and Top Female Athletes of the Year and Best Sports Advocate of the Year.
This is a fundraising event for the Southern Oregon Sports Commission and proceeds will go to support sporting events and sports tourism in Medford and The Rouge Valley. The organization sponsors several annual sporting events such as the Color Run and the Big Mountain Bash that bring in a lot of visitors to the area.
Sponsorships for the banquet are available from $500 to $2,500. Sports fans from all over Medford will likely want to attend this event and celebrate local sporting personalities. No doubt printing companies will be asked to provide Flyers or other advertising materials to spread the word.
