A wine-tasting and sampling event is in the works for Mentor, helping area wine enthusiasts pick out the perfect pairings for holiday meals and gatherings.
Santa’s Wine Shop is coming to town next month, bringing samplings of wines from around the state and country for Mentor residents to try and purchase in preparation for holiday celebrations. The evening will offer live music to accompany the wine tasting and shopping opportunities.
The boutique will welcome four participating vendors and distributors to show off their selections, bringing an impressive collection of wines that suit the holiday theme and flavor. Twenty different wines will be available to try and pair with finger foods and other snacks. Guests can expect ample space for seating, with tables and chairs available in the venue’s loft. Brochure printing can share information about wine distributors and different wine options at such sampling events.
Participating distributors include European Wine Imports, Superior Beverage Group Ltd., Vintage Wine Distributor, and Southern Glazer’s Fine Wines and Spirits. Each will bring five wine options to share with attendees. Bottles will be available throughout the event’s scheduled hours, with 10 percent off purchases of six or more.
The wine sampling and party will be held at Red, Wine, and Brew on Thursday, November 14th, from 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM. General admission tickets cost $65 per participant and can be reserved online.
