Sound bath experience to be hosted in caves

Lewis Center residents who are looking for a way to slow down and recalibrate this summer will want to make a note about an upcoming sound bath session.

The Cave Sound Bath Series is set to welcome guests to Olentangy Caverns this summer, taking the holistic healing experience to a new level. The experience has been billed as a powerful and grounding journey that harnesses the power of sound waves and the acoustics of the caverns to help participants slow down and heal.

The sessions will be led by hOm, an experienced sound bath practitioner who will host a session at the caverns each month through October. Spots are limited in the caverns, and those who wish to join the sessions will want to make reservations in advance. Grassroots marketing efforts like poster printing can raise awareness of community events like this, improving attendance and making high volumes of impressions each day.

The caverns have a history as a place of refuge for the Wyandotte Native American tribe. Guests are asked to be respectful of the land and its energy. The cave is muddy, and participants are asked to dress accordingly.

Olentangy Caverns, located in neighboring Delaware, will host the soundbath sessions, with the upcoming installment set for 6:30 PM on Friday, June 19th. Tickets are $60.54 per person online.
