Triplefin, which is one of the H.D. Smith companies, is planning to open a new call center in Fairfield. This will serve as an extension of Triplefin's main office, which is located in Blue Ash.
The new facility handles reimbursement services, and will have customer service agents available to answer questions from both providers and patients about co-pay card activation, coupon cards, and access to various types of medications. Speaking on behalf of the company, Michael Hendrickson said Triplefin was excited about expanding its operations to Fairfield, saying it will allow them to continue growing, which in turn enables them to provide a higher level of customer service.
The new facility will have advanced technology set within efficient working surroundings, which will enable employees to provide reliable and consistent service to Triplefin's patients, clients, and providers. For instance, digital monitors that operate in real time provide a way for agents to communicate key items of company news, agents' queue status, and important call metrics.
Triplefin has its headquarters in Cincinnati, and provides support to companies in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as patients and other providers. It concentrates on trying to remove barriers and make it easier for patients to get the assistance they need.
Triplefin might work with a company that prints digital Business Cards, since it will no doubt need employees’ cards to accurately reflect its new location.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
