Galentine’s Day is a day that celebrates the importance of friendship between women, and Fairfield Parks and Recreation has an event in the works that will welcome the community's leading ladies.
The Community Arts Center will be offering the registrants in the Galentine's Day Lunch a warm welcome, and it's for those age 18 and up. At the time this was prepared, its registration system was still open, and the activity will run for two hours.
The attendees at the gathering will be able to meet and mingle, and while they do, they can prepare a themed craft to take home. Anyone who would like to purchase a drink can do so at the cash bar, and a light lunch will be included. The coordinator for the celebration is April Osborne, and registrations are not transferable. As the more the merrier, both residents and non-residents alike are encouraged to participate.
A themed party may require decor that fits in well with the overall occasion, and a banner printing company will be happy to help. It can prepare everything from small, table top Banners to ones large enough to read when towed behind an airplane for the whole area to see.
Fairfield will be hosting its Galentines Day event on February 7th and it will begin at 11:30 am. The venue for the festivities can be found at 411 Wessel Drive in Fairfield.
