Fairfield welcomes newly remodeled pizza place

Domino's, the pizza chain, is renovating its stores, and Fairfield's location is no exception.

The Fairfield store opened on August 28 with a ribbon cutting ceremony, as well as special prices on its pizzas.

The store features a “pizza theater” design that includes a lobby where patrons can watch the entire process as their food is being prepared. They can follow the progress of carryout orders on an electronic screen. The location also provides chalkboards available so that customers can leave feedback for the employees, or just have fun.

This franchise is owned by Lou Metro, who said he was excited to be able to offer his customers a more interactive experienc. He was especially proud of the fact patrons could watch their pizza being made, and track it through each step of the process before it is presented to them. Metro, who has been a Domino's franchisee since 1977, operates 19 locations in the area.

The company announced that it will invest heavily in relocations and renovations in the Greater Cincinnati area in the next three years. There are 56 stores in total in the region.

Metro could work with a flyer printing company to create a handout to distribute near the store for the next few weeks. If he includes a coupon, he might draw even more business to the new site.
