Fairfield families will be on the guestlist for a brunch set to be hosted at a local event center, and it will be filled with food, fun, and a chance to meet a special guest.
Receptions Event Center has scheduled its annual spring brunch for the day before Easter, and both the Easter Bunny and Alice from Alice in Wonderland have already sent in their RSVPs. The buffet line will boast more than 25 choices, and the planners have included options to suit all ages.
Diners at the function can choose from the fresh fruit display, and a custom omelet station will be set up. Chef-carved ham, bacon, sausage and other breakfast meats will be available, as well as eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, breads, pancakes, and pastries, and a salad and dessert bar will round out the menu. The kids can meet the Easter Bunny and Alice in person and take photos with them.
To keep the little ones entertained, they will be able to try their luck in a coloring contest. Stationery printers can design activity sheets and other materials for such an event.
This family-friendly Easter brunch will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday, March 30. Tickets can be purchased through its event listing. Adult tickets are $37.69, kids are $32.44, and those under five still need a ticket but may enter free of charge.
