Fairfield recently announced that its popular Home Improvement Expo will be returning to the city soon.
The Expo is a place where residents can meet with a number of contractors, all of whom want to help homeowners with their home improvement projects, whether they are working on a major renovation or a small job.
The event will feature a number of displays with
information about home renovations, and exhibitions will give presentations
that feature the latest designs and concepts in home improvements. New vendors
are being added all the time, but the current schedule includes more than forty
companies and agencies.
In addition to the contractors, representatives from various departments of the
city will also be present, and will share information on the services Fairfield
can provide to its residents. One department that plans to be on hand is the
Building and Zoning Division, which will be handing out vouchers for free
permits (up to a value of $75) to residents who are getting set to start their
next renovation.
There will be a special area for children with entertainment provided so their
parents will be free to visit contractors and obtain information. Door prizes
will be awarded as well. Organizers of events like this can use banner printing
to create fun decorations, particularly for the kids' area.
The Expo is scheduled for March 16, from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm, and is free to
everyone.
