The winter holiday season is about to get a lot more fun for Fairfield as one of its small businesses will be hosting a festive craft and sip.
The holiday spirit will be in the air during the mosaic ornament crafting class that is set to welcome area adults. The Fitton Center for Creative Arts will be the host for the occasion, and as alcohol will be served, it is limited to those age 21 and up.
When they arrive at the venue, the ticket holders will receive the supplies needed to prepare their project, and they will also be treated to two drinks as well as snacks. They will be taught how to cut and shape the glass to prepare their tiled mosaic,and there will be patterns available or they can custom design their own with a pattern they create. The fee is $37.00 for members and $47.00 for non members, and the ornaments will be ready to be picked up once they have been grouted.
Taking time from the busy holiday season to attend a class or workshop can be a welcome break. These type of activities are often included in community guides and other marketing publications crafted by Stationery printers.
This evening of crafting along with other adults while sipping on a seasonal “big people” beverage will be offered on November 30th. The fun will kick off at 6:30 pm.
