Thanks to an upcoming Fairfield event, the temperature will not be the only thing heating up next month.
The Oscar Event Center, which is located at 5440 Dixie Highway, will be giving fans of life’s spicy side an opportunity to sample a huge selection of hot sauces and other fiery foods. The venue is accessible to those who use a mobility device such as a rollator or wheelchair, and it will be open for two days.
Everything from mustards and hot sauces to dry rubs, marinades, beef jerky, and other fare will all be on the menu during the Weekend of Fire festival, and its organizers explained that it will be full of hot sauces and hot rides. The Singe Bar, which features spiced cocktails, will be open, and tasting competitions, a car show and shine, live performances and strolling entertainment are all in the works. The function has been organized by Freedom Scene, and tickets are on offer now.
