Acoustic arranger to bring tunes to Fairfield

Acoustic arranger Mike Massé will perform in Fairfield, Ohio in mid-February. The performance will take place at the Fairfield Community Arts Center.

Massé first gained some fame from the YouTube videos he recorded for his music channel. When that channel became successful, he quit his job as a public defender, moved to Denver, and became a full-time musician. The acoustic arrangement versions of classic rock songs he plays have garnered praise from classic rock artists and bands such as Boston, Toto, Asia, and Sarah McLachlan. Toto has even cited Massé's version of "Africa" as its favorite cover version.

As for his performances, people can find Massé performing for both private and public events across the United States. He has performed as a solo artist or as a part of a duo or full band – for example, he performed versions of the Beatles' songs with his band Rubber Souls alongside the Denver Pops Orchestra. He has also performed with former and original members of the classic rock band Boston as a vocalist. He even appeared on national television in a commercial that aired during the Grammys.

The event will take place on February 11 at 7:30 pm at 411 Wessel Drive in Fairfield. Ticket prices start at $40. Artists like Mike Massé may be interested in using poster printing services to create merchandise for fans.
