Program for young leaders begins in Dublin

The Dublin Chamber announces the start of a leadership program for professionals who are beginning their careers.

The Dublin Chamber’s Young Professionals Group recently revealed that the 2025 Leadership Academy for Emerging Leaders will begin soon.

Industry experts will take charge of the Leadership Academy, which is designed to help young professionals who already lead busy lives to become leaders in their fields and become more involved with the community at the same time. The Academy is six sessions long, one a month starting in January.

Some of the topics that will be covered are how a leader can be a more creative part of the work force, how networking can be a competitive sport, and what makes a great leader. Participants will also consider the question of whether they have the qualities necessary to lead.

Participants will identify their unique strengths and talents, attend dynamic sessions where industry leaders will provide insights into business, learn how to manage a career, and connect with business leaders in Dublin. At the end of the course, students will be matched with a mentor.

The program gives participants the chance to learn important skills, network with leaders of the local business community, and strengthen professional abilities as well as personal ones.

The first class will be held at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce on January 28, from 2.00 pm until 5.00 pm. When they develop courses like this, organizers may work with brochure printing to create course materials.
