The Bridge Park development in Dublin will include, perhaps inevitably, an Irish pub.
Fado, which is already operating one spot in Easton Town Center, will open a second on the ground floor of Bridge Park, near the Cap City Fine Diner, which opened recently.
Scott Neff, a partner in Fado, said he and his team had been looking for a spot that aligns with the concept they plan for the pub’s future. He feels that the Bridge Park development is the perfect place to introduce the new approach they are taking to Fado. He believes the location, as well as the residents of Dublin, will be an inspiration to the business.
Dublin, Ireland native Ian Montgomery, who now lives in Dublin, Ohio, has signed on as the managing partner and co-owner of the new enterprise. Fado should open in Spring 2018.
Bridge Park, which is currently being built, comprises 30 acres along Riverside Drive. It will have 300,000 square feet to be used as offices, as well as 60,000 square feet designated for 8-10 restaurants, a hotel with 150 rooms, and 60,000 square feet designated for retailers, which will include a spa, bank, and neighborhood grocery.
When new establishments like this open, it can be exciting for everyone. In order to bring in customers, especially for the first time, management could work with a flyer printing company to create handouts, including coupons, for distribution at the opening.
