One of the world’s biggest celebrations of Irish culture is returning to Dublin.
The Dublin Irish Festival is now in its 35th year, and will bring Irish food, music, culture, and more to people in the Dublin area.
The festival, which is now the world’s largest Irish celebration that lasts three days, brings in more than 100,000 attendees, and started when a group of Irish dancers got together on a tennis court. The 2022 event will put seven stages throughout the 38 acres that comprise Coffman Park. Organizers reassure festivalgoers that they will comply with health protocols in effect at the time of the event, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Franklin County Public Health.
As many as 75 performers are expected. Some of those who have confirmed thus far include such stars as Gaelic Storm, the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and the Irish Music Masters.
Tickets are on sale now, and people who buy theirs early will enjoy significant discounts. Tickets are available for one, two, or all three days, as well as for the VIP experience. Admission will be free on the third day for those who arrive at the party between 9:30 am and 11:00 am. Donations, both monetary and non-perishable food, will be collected on this day.
The Dublin Irish Festival will take place August 5, 6, and 7. With so much going on, organizers of events like this can use flyer printing to create schedules for attendees.
