Fun run scheduled in Dublin

An upcoming run in Dublin will be fun for everyone, especially children.

The 2024 KidsLinked Columbus Bubble Run offers participants the chance to enjoy several different courses, including a quarter-mile, half-mile, one-mile, or two-mile course.

There are six parts to the event. The first part is the start of the race, where participants will enjoy bubbles provided by machines. The second part is the Slip N Slide, where runners will make their way through foam-filled slip ‘n slides. Part three is limited to those running the quarter and half-mile only, and is a Candy Hunt with a number of prizes and treats.

In the fourth part of the event, participants will enjoy the foam billowed out by the new foam cannon, and the fifth part takes part at the Finish Line, where medals will be distributed. Those who finish the one or two-mile race in one of the 10 top spots by gender will win a special medal, and all racers will receive a finish line medal. Finally, after the race, quarter- and half-mile racers will enjoy a Character Meet & Treat with superheroes, princesses, and Bluey.

The Bubble Run is scheduled for Saturday, June 15, from 8.30 am until 10.00 am, at SportsOhio on Cosgray Road. The one- and two-mile runs begin at 9.20 am, and the quarter-mile and half-mile runs start at 9.35 am. When events like this are planned, organizers will frequently use banner printing to create signage for the course.
