Tribute to classic rock in Cincinnati

Tribute bands bring their interpretation of classic artists to new audiences who may never have had a chance to see the original outfit. One of the most successful tribute bands is on the way to Cincinnati.

Rumours, a tribute band that got together in 2014, provides audiences with accurate recreations of Fleetwood Mac live shows. The band has earned a reputation as the best Fleetwood Mac tribute outfit and has fans throughout the world. Rumours had a highly successful appearance in the Netherlands in 2019, which brought them to fans’ attention and resulted in sold-out shows.

The band comprises Doug Easterly, who handles percussion, acoustic guitar, and songs in the style of Lindsey Buckingham; and Adrienne Cottrell, who does Christine McVie vocals and plays keyboards. Mekenzie Thrift fronts the band, delivering her rendition of Stevie Nicks’ songs. Daniel Morrison is on drums, Jim Ramsdell is the bassist, and Alex Thrift handles lead guitar. The band pays tribute to the original without delving into parody. Poster printing can be used to successfully publicize events like this.

A review says:

“RUMOURS of Fleetwood Mac is possibly the best tribute act to anyone anywhere. For most of their Aberdeen show on Sunday, they were astonishingly good. Close your eyes and you would have struggled to tell whether or not the real Fleetwood Mac was on the stage in the Music Hall.”

Rumours will be at the Ludlow Garage on December 17 at 8.30 pm.
